How It Works
Five stages, each with a defined output. You always know which one you are in.
You share your space and requirements; we schedule a site visit to measure, assess and understand constraints firsthand.
We develop a concept, layout and scope of work, and walk you through the proposal before anything is finalised.
Where required, we prepare drawings for authority or landlord approval and finalise the technical scope, materials and schedule.
Our team coordinates joinery, MEP, ceiling, flooring and finishing works on site, with progress kept visible to you throughout.
We complete final inspection and snagging, resolve any punch-list items, and hand the space over ready to use.

Questions
Where a project requires DEWA, Civil Defence, or community and landlord approval, we prepare the necessary drawings and documentation as part of the process and coordinate submission. Approval timelines are set by the relevant authority or landlord, so we build buffer into the project schedule and keep you informed of status throughout.
Yes. Most residential buildings in Dubai require an NOC from building management or the community before fit-out work starts, along with agreed working hours and access procedures. We factor this into planning from the site visit stage so it does not become a delay once work is underway.
Timelines depend on scope. A single room refresh moves faster than a full villa or commercial unit fit-out involving MEP and ceiling work. After the site visit and design proposal we give you a project-specific schedule rather than a generic estimate, so you know what to expect before committing.
It is possible for some projects, particularly phased commercial fit-outs or partial residential updates, but it depends on scope and the trades involved. Noisy or dusty work such as ceiling or flooring is harder to do around daily use. We assess this during the site visit and, where needed, propose a phased plan that limits disruption.
Yes. Some clients come to us with their own design already finalised and want execution only; others start from scratch and need both. We scope each project based on what you actually need, and we are upfront about it during the proposal stage rather than bundling services by default.
